SAMRA is a professional body and a voluntary membership organisation, with various individual and organisation members who do and use research.
What we DO NOT do:
- Supply the contact details of our members with our membership list on this website: we respect and protect our members’ privacy, and we adhere to privacy legislation.
- Recommend one SAMRA member over another: as a professional body, SAMRA is independent and impartial.
- Supply research: SAMRA members supply and use research. SAMRA, as the professional body for market research, does not offer market research services. The only research SAMRA does, is research about the market research industry.
What we DO:
We offer a service whereby we send any requests for research or assistance with research to our members once a week (usually on a Monday) and they can then get in touch with you directly. The SAMRA Code of Conduct requires that our members do not make false statements about their skills, experience or activities, or about those of their organisation, and so it is important to note that they are required to offer only services that they are competent and able to offer.
Please let the SAMRA office know if you wish to make use of this free service. To send a request to the SAMRA members, we would need the following information:
