The Insights Analyst collaborates with the Insights Consultant and the Senior Insights Consultant to generate insights. The ideal candidate must work well in a team environment, be able to understand, brief and conceptualize different possibilities to assist with the generation of insights. The candidate plays a critical role in business by supporting Insights Managers and relevant Insights functions to generate consumer, client, adviser, employee and market insights. This role has a strong focus on supporting the design and execution of robust research projects. This role allows for the establishment of skills in various methodological approaches and techniques, although a basic level of capability in insights methodologies is required.
