|Bridget Dore is Head of Consumer Insights and Portfolio Strategy at Pernod Ricard since joining them in 2014. From 2009 to 2013 Bridget ran bdi, a niche independent consultancy, servicing several blue chip clients in South Africa. bdi conducted both primary and secondary marketing research (qualitative and quantitative) and specialised in creating a comprehensive “Research Roadmap” for clients, sourcing optimal research suppliers and facilitating research relationships. Bridget was a Managing Member of OmniVision, a qualitative research consultancy specialising in syndicated and audio visual consumer insights, from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that Bridget was Marketing Research Manager at UCT Unilever Institute of Strategic Marketing for five years (2000 to 2005), and began her career as a Research Executive at then Research Surveys, now TNS at (literally) the turn of the century.|
|Graham Easton is Manager: Market Intelligence at Santam since 2013, where he is responsible for market research, market insights and market trend analysis. Before that, he was Group Research Manager at the Sanlam Group from 2010, and started his research career at Metropolitan Life Limited in 1997 as Strategist. Graham obtained B Com (Honours) in Marketing Research from the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2013, after first qualifying with a B. Econ (Economics, Business Economics, and Industrial Psychology) from the University of the Western Cape in 1991.|
