SAMRA Voucher Competition Rules

  • SAMRA is conducting this competition.
  • The competition is running from 25 October 2015 to 27 October 2015.
  • The winner will be randomly chosen on 2 November 2015.
  • No person who is an employee of SAMRA or who is a spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner, or associate of a SAMRA employee is eligible to participate in the competition.
  • To enter the competition participants must complete and submit the SAMRA Stakeholder Survey 2015 and their email address, using the online form, before midnight (South African time) on 27 October 2015. A person can enter only once. SAMRA does not accept any responsibility for entries that are late or lost during online submission. Entries reflected on SAMRA’s system at midnight (South African time) on 27 October 2015 will be the only evidence of successful entries.
  • The prize consists of an online gift voucher from amazon.com to the value of ZAR 4000, which will be delivered via email to the winning email address. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The winner will be notified via email. Should the winning email address not deliver, SAMRA reserves the right to draw again to replace the winner.
  • SAMRA may substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.
  • The prize winner will be the first entry drawn by chance.
  • SAMRA reserves the right to alter or cancel the competition at its discretion, without liability. The participant unconditionally and irrevocably indemnifies and holds harmless SAMRA and its employees, officers, and directors against all and any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, liability, demands, expenses, legal costs, medical costs or other costs arising out of, based upon, or in connection with competition participation.
  • Failure to adhere to the competition rules may result in disqualification, in SAMRA’s discretion.
  • SAMRA’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The prize winner is solely responsible for any income taxes relating to the prize.
  • The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this competition.
  • These rules are subject to change at SAMRA’s discretion.
